Weekly Rates

The charges for the villa (in £ sterling) are:

Low Season (Sept - June) from £350-£400 per week
High Season (July & August) from £400-£450 per week
Christmas & Easter from £450-£500 per week

Once a booking is confirmed, a deposit of £200.00 will be required to secure the booking. The remaining balance will be payable six weeks before departure.

A security deposit of £200.00 is taken on all bookings which is refundable on your return to the UK (subject to the villa being free from damage).
